Client intake and report automation that prepares the work for your consultant.

A client questionnaire is often only the beginning. I help connect the submitted information, the results it produces, and the report a consultant needs for the next stage of the work.

When the assessment and the report are disconnected

If each assessment requires someone to move information between a form, a calculation step, and a document, the workflow is worth examining as a whole. The useful question is what the consultant needs to receive—not simply whether a document can be generated.

What a focused workflow can cover

  1. Intake: the client submits the information required for the assessment.
  2. Processing: agreed calculations or AI-assisted processing produce the results.
  3. Report preparation: the relevant information is assembled into a document.
  4. Handoff: the consultant receives the material and takes charge of the next stage.

A real example: questionnaire responses to consultant-ready PDFs

I built an application in which the client completes a form, an AI-assisted workflow calculates results and creates PDFs, and the consultant receives that material to continue the work with the client.

The application prepares information. The professional remains responsible for the conversation with the client and the work that follows.

Agree on the assessment logic before generating reports

We clarify which information the client should submit, how results should be produced, what belongs in the report, and who reviews or uses it. Missing information, unusual answers, and unclear results need an agreed path rather than an invented conclusion.

Questions before you start

Is this only for one kind of consultant?

The delivered project describes one client-assessment workflow. Whether a similar approach fits your practice depends on the information, the assessment logic, and the role of the professional using the report.

Does the application replace professional judgment?

No. In the example I built, the consultant takes charge after receiving the material. The process supports that work rather than making the professional unnecessary.

What should I show you first?

Start with a description of the form, the results you need, and how the consultant uses the output. The initial inquiry does not need private client responses.
